Partridge Pointe is part of the larger community, Berkshire Lakes, located within one mile of the Naples airport and within 5 1/2 miles of the Naples beaches. Berkshire Lakes has seven lakes with the largest lake over 45 acres in area. The community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and jogging trails are available to all residing within. Partridge Pointe, situated on Belville Lake, also has a pool and clubhouse restricted to Partridge Pointe residents and their guests. There are 37 buildings of 4 units, each.
Publix, Walgreens, Sweetbay, family restaurants, stores, professional services, and more are all within walking distance.
