BOARD DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

 

The Board Development Committee consists of five members; no more than two shall also be members of the Board of Directors.

 

This Committee carries the primary responsibility for assessing and planning for the governing capability including leadership succession on the Board of Directors and Chairs of the Standing Committees.

 

The members of this committee will also submit the list of nominees for election at the WSA Annual Meeting.
