The Winchester Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was incorporated in 1978. Since that time,
the Chamber has built an organization whose members work on everything from center
area revitalization to industrial development, from improved parking to programs responsive to
the
overall business and professional community's needs. A non-profit organization, almost totally
comprised of volunteers dedicated to creating a better business environment for Winchester.
